FORM is a creative services firm for arts & culture and nonprofit organizations. We provide branding, marketing, and web development that helps our clients engage donors, reach patrons, enhance educational outreach and inspire activism.
We love to work with those whose aim is like our own: To connect people, foster sharing and enrich meaning. Our core clients include museums, parks and zoos, performing arts organizations, educational institutions, health and wellness groups, shelters and crisis services, community and city developers and public arts collaboratives.
This website for venerable Shakespeare & Company was designed to strike a visual balance between the feel of classic literature with splashes of bold, contermporary aesthetics. The design places a visual emphasis on immersive photography to communicate the close connection between stage and audience. S&Co.'s renowned actor training and education programs are highlighted, with compelling testimonials and photos throughout. It's loaded with SEO best practices, it's responsive, and the dynamic content is driven by our LUCY CMS.

"FORM web sites look amazing, and the CMS is very user-friendly for administrators. We now have more repeat visitors to our site, and longer visits. People are coming back often to see what’s new. Plus, the FORM staff, while always being professional, are more like friends than colleagues."
Web Development + CMS
Our goal in creating this website for The Contemporary Arts Center was to build an online presence that is at once dynamic, forward thinking and user-friendly. The site automatically pulls social media feeds to keep the content fresh, and encourages sharing, memberships and donations by using strategic design and message placement. Embedded video and related media such as slidecasts, podcasts and catalogs are automatically associated with exhibitions, programs and events. The site houses a 70-year archive of the museum's past exhibitions. All content is manageable through a customized content management system and is completely responsive for a seamless mobile experience.
"We issued an RFP and within a few months, it was clear that FORM had the most experience creating visually compelling, intuitive sites for organizations like ours. FORM gave us more than we could have imagined, on time and within budget, and were the perfect partner to take us to the next level with our brand."
Web Development + CMS
With a widely varied audience of students, parents, faculty, alumni, donors, media and community, developing a manageable site architecture for CIA was our greatest challenge. On the front end, we aimed to strike a balance between exciting visuals, non-traditional design, and clear information. On the back end, the site content is driven by our customized content management system which allows for total content control through a visually-oriented and easy to use interface.
"The CIA website that FORM created has been a key factor in helping facilitate record-breaking enrollment growth both domestically and internationally. In the first 18 months after launch our international enrollment doubled, and after 36 months our domestic enrollment reached an all-time high."

"Just wanted to say what a great job you've done with the CIFF site and the app. I use them daily in the weeks leading up to and during the festival, and they're SO simple, elegant and functional."
