Jeff :: Since 1994, Jeff Kahooilihala has created for clients including Ernst & Young, FedEx, and Sherwin Williams. His interactive work has been recognized in Harper Collin's Portfolios Online, CreateOnline, CA, Born and the Addys. Most recently his illustrations appear on Cartoon Network's 12 oz. Mouse DVD.

Steve :: Before co-founding FORM, Steve Cencula founded Kaleidoscope Animations and served clients including P&G, Fisher-Price and Parker Hannifin. He has been recognized by the Addys and Crains' Who's Who in Technology, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Institute of Art.

Teresa :: For 15 years, designer/illustrator Teresa Kahooilihala has created for clients including Goodyear, the Cleveland Indians and RCA. Her work is featured in Rockport's Simple Sites, and recognized by AIGA, CA, the Emmys, Addys, OEBIEs and Tellys. Her award-winning children's animations continue to air on PBS.
