Website Design & Development
Ursuline College asked us to create a new website that would help them attract prospective students. The vibrant design and immersive photos create a unique and energetic web presence that clearly differentiates them from their competitors. We carefully structured the site so content is easy to find and help is available at every turn. We used imagery to convey the school's personalized experience and rigorous academic programs, while behind the scenes, our Lucy content management system is serving dynamic content, collecting leads, and passing data to their third party systems. Ursuline's administrators can also use Lucy to easily update their own content, create their own pages, accept donations and more.

The new identity for Saint Martin De Porres High School helps convey the prestige and quality of education of the school as well as rooting it to a sense of place by featuring its iconic copper dome. The website's clean but engaging interface makes use of subtle interaction design as well as emotive, immersive photography to help tell the Saint Martin De Porres story. The site is built on our powerful backend content management system, which allows the school's administrators to update their own content as well as accept and manage online donations.

We designed a welcoming new look for the Beaumont School's website. With a widely varied audience of students, parents, faculty, alumni, donors, media and community, developing a manageable site architecture for CIA was our greatest challenge. On the front end, we aimed to strike a balance between exciting visuals, non-traditional design, and clear information. On the back end, the site content is driven by our customized content management system which allows for total content control through a visually-oriented and easy to use interface.
"The CIA website that FORM created has been a key factor in helping facilitate record-breaking enrollment growth both domestically and internationally. In the first 18 months after launch our international enrollment doubled, and after 36 months our domestic enrollment reached an all-time high."
Interpretive Design/Educational Touchscreen Games
We created a series of touchscreen interactive games for the Cleveland Metroparks NatureTracks mobile classroom. The games are designed for grade school children to help reinforce lessons that are taught as a part of the NatureTracks onboard programming.
The games focus on several topics including food chains, animal habitats, and adaptations. In addition to designing the games to be easy and fun to play for various age groups of children, we also made sure to design the interface and overall look of the games to integrate with the interior aesthetic of the mobile classroom.

This website for the Cleveland Zoological Society uses a colorful, friendly design and high-level programming to help visitors support and engage with the CZS online. The site automatically pulls fresh content via social media feeds, and the CZS staff can manage their content quickly with our powerful CMS. Our integrated CRM enables them to manage and track their patrons' activity and donations. The site is responsive so it's mobile friendly, and onboard SEO tools ensure it is indexed and easy to find.
In addition, CZS asked us to overhaul the design of their quarterly print publication, ZMagazine. We designed a clean new look and modern tone that dovetailed perfectly with the design of the website and helped elevate the tone of their overall brand.
"FORM web sites look amazing, and the CMS is very user-friendly for administrators. We now have more repeat visitors to our site, and longer visits. People are coming back often to see what’s new. Plus, the FORM staff, while always being professional, are more like friends than colleagues."

The City Club of Cleveland is one of the nation's great free speech forums. They asked us to build a new website with a powerful backend that would help its members and the public at large learn about and participate in upcoming forums. When the City Club is broadcasting a forum, the site switches into "LIVE" mode and serves a live video feed as well as live tweets and member conversations. Members can add forums to their calendar and save them to a favorites list. A deep archive of the City Club's past forums includes audio/podcasts, videos, photos and transcripts dating back to the early 1960s. The City Club can update its content, manage its large membership, accept recurring donations and sell forum tickets all through our CRM and CMS.
The Greater Cleveland Food Bank has a vast constituency of donors, volunteers, advocates, and people in need. Our challenge in creating their new website was to devise an information architecture and visual design that's responsive, easy to navigate, and able to accommodate dynamic and deep content. The site navigation was simplified by splitting it into two categories: for those who want to give help, and those who need help. We saved the Food Bank time and money, too, by leveraging their existing content to weave together stories of those in need with an easy option to donate, advocate and volunteer.
"FORM helped the Greater Cleveland Food Bank create a visually-appealing and very user-friendly website. They designed a site that enables us to tell a story about what we do and who we serve. It has become a great tool to help us get our message out to the public."

FORM designed an uplifting and powerful website for Life Extraordinary, a nonprofit foundation that supports families who have a child facing a life-threatening illness. Web Development, Branding and Print Collateral
Having designed the first website for Hopewell in 2010, we were pleased to create the next generation version in 2015. Our goal in developing the new site was to help increase admissions and inquiries by providing online tools and resources for families of people with serious mental illness. The look of the site is designed with a tone of welcoming and calm that is commensurate to the farm itself. Our onsite photo shoot helps communicate the safe and comforting environment of the farm. All content is powered by our customized CMS, so it's easy forHopwell's busy staff to maintain the site. It's responsive, so it's mobile friendly for tablet and smartphones. SEO tools ensure it's indexed and easy to find.

ACCESS helps enable homeless women to break the cycle of poverty through education, job and life skills. Our challenge was to create a brand image, descriptor, identity and website that speaks to empowerment rather than simply, "housing." To communicate this message, we shared personal stories of residents who found their way out of homelessness. This messaging helps to inspire those who are in need of help while demonstrating ACCESS's good works to donors and volunteers.

Menorah Park is the largest senior living campus in Ohio. They asked us to re-design their brand and website to help better communicate their exceptional services and quality of care. Because Menorah Park is a large institution with many disparate stakeholders, prospects, and clients, our challenge was to design a new brand image that would speak effectively to everyone.
In addition to a powerful website and customized CMS, we also designed print collateral, corporate stationery and a sub-branding solution for their five unique campus residences.
