We couldn't be more proud to see Dot, the chatbot we created with Akron Art Museum, featured in the The New York Times.
Website Design & Development
Ursuline College asked us to create a new website that would help them attract prospective students. The vibrant design and immersive photos create a unique and energetic web presence that clearly differentiates them from their competitors. We carefully structured the site so content is easy to find and help is available at every turn. We used imagery to convey the school's personalized experience and rigorous academic programs, while behind the scenes, our Lucy content management system is serving dynamic content, collecting leads, and passing data to their third party systems. Ursuline's administrators can also use Lucy to easily update their own content, create their own pages, accept donations and more.
Website Design and Development, CMS + CRM, Print Design
This website for the Cleveland Zoological Society uses a colorful, friendly design and high-level programming to help visitors support and engage with the CZS online. The site automatically pulls fresh content via social media feeds, and the CZS staff can manage their content quickly with our powerful CMS. Our integrated CRM enables them to manage and track their patrons' activity and donations. The site is responsive so it's mobile friendly, and onboard SEO tools ensure it is indexed and easy to find.
In addition, CZS asked us to overhaul the design of their quarterly print publication, ZMagazine. We designed a clean new look and modern tone that dovetailed perfectly with the design of the website and helped elevate the tone of their overall brand.
"FORM web sites look amazing, and the CMS is very user-friendly for administrators. We now have more repeat visitors to our site, and longer visits. People are coming back often to see what’s new. Plus, the FORM staff, while always being professional, are more like friends than colleagues."
Chatbot, Exhibition Website + CMS
The Akron Art Museum asked us to create Dot, a guide that runs on mobile devices via Facebook's Instant Messenger. Dot takes visitors through a six-stop "choose your own adventure" tour of the museum's permanent collection. Visitors are able to make choices along the tour that allow them to design their own experience. We created the chatbot, edited their content to give it a current and friendly voice, and directed the production of a kiosk video to help visitors learn to use the guide.
We also created With a Trace: Photographs of Absence, an experimental microsite for a photography exhibition at the museum. The site is specially optimized for use on tablets within the exhibition itself and uses the accelerometer to shift and slide content when the device is tilted.
Interpretive Design/Educational Touchscreen Games
The National Inventors Hall of Fame asked us to create four interpretive interactive experiences for in situ touchscreen kiosks as a part of their Intellectual Property Power Exhibition. The interactives include educational games designed to educate visitors about the importance of trademarks, soundmarks and charactermarks, and a quiz for school-aged kids that helps them identify their own "Inventor Superpowers".

"We are so proud of our new website, and thanks to FORM, our Customers love it too. We have seen measurable increases in our most important metrics- flight searches, time spent on site and email sign-ups. Most importantly though, our new site is easy to use, easy to update and easy to love. Additionally, the FORM team was there for us every step of the way- amplifying our brand, staying on target and on budget. I highly recommend FORM."
