We've been working with the web since it was born – we rode the boom, dodged the bust and watched it bloom again in earnest. We've learned over the years. We've honed a process that yields inspired and measurable results, every time.
We conduct a discovery and analysis session(s) with primary stakeholders in order to fully understand your organization, needs and project goals. We guide you through a dialogue that will help us understand your mission and reveal the needs of your audience. Depending on your project scope and budget, we’ll work with our engagement partners to develop a digital strategy.
We develop your site architecture, navigation and fundamental UX methods. We brainstorm ways to leverage your content and messaging to motivate and engage your patrons. The resulting documents serve as a roadmap to keep the project on point throughout production.
Our designers, architects and developers collaborate to blend creativity, strategy and usability. We brainstorm the most meaningful ways to leverage new web technologies in support of your goals and information strategy. We design a visual system that’s consistent with your mission and brand. The end result is a visual design treatment that's current, clear and engaging.
Strategy, design and code coalesce. We realize the visual design in HTML with pixel-perfect precision. Programmers and designers work together to build intuitive interaction design tailored to your audience. We develop your CMS and engagement tools, integrate third-party APIs and build your customized plug-ins. Content population begins.
We test across platforms and browsers and confirm that your site conforms to best practices. When content population and testing are complete, your site will go live. Over the following weeks, we refine functionality, and study analytics and performance against established metrics.
We will execute an ongoing maintenance and support program to ensure your site continues to function flawlessly. Depending on your project scope and budget, we can also provide ongoing services such as SEO maintenance and ongoing digital strategy.
